Stage 1 member registration.
This is a legal agreement between you and fone-me.com BV hereafter referred to as 'fone-me.com'. You will be referred to within this agreement as a 'member'. The persons offering their services within the fone-me.com website will be referred to as 'advertisers' If you agree to the terms and conditions herein you will become eligible to apply to become a fone-me.com registered member. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
If we accept you as a member you will have access to the services offered by the persons who advertise their services on the fone-me.com website.
ALL PERSONS WHO CREATE ADVERTISEMENTS, AND/OR OFFER GOODS/SERVICES FOR SALE ON fone-me.com HAVE CONTRACTUALLY ASSERTED THAT THEY ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A MEMBER UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
fone-me.com WILL NOT DISPLAY IMAGES OF MINORS. NOR WILL IT ACCEPT IMAGES, OR GOODS FOR SALE, THAT EITHER DEPICT OR ENCOURAGE ILLEGAL ACTS.
IF YOU CLICK TO AFFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT.
fone-me.com will supply access for accepted members to browse the fone-me.com advertisers and the services that they offer. fone-me.com advertisers will offer paid for telephone calls, sound files, picture sets, short videos, and webcam access, to accepted members subject to the terms and conditions herein.
fone-me.com reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.
fone-me.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the site and its services without notice
Should fone-me.com choose to change the terms and conditions, you, the customer, will be notified of this change, and you may close your account at any time
1. You agree to browse fone-me.com as a responsible adult, fully aware that adult orientated entertainment services are on offer, and at your own risk.
3. Your Account.
a)In order to purchase the services advertised on fone-me.com you must have sufficient funds in your membership account. You can add funds to your account at anytime via credit or debit card.
b)If you instigate a paid telephone call your account will be charged at the advertisers selling rate which will be clearly displayed in the format 'price per minute', on the advertisers listing.
c)The minimum charging period for a call is one minute.
d)Paid telephone calls will terminate automatically when the funds in your account are exhausted.
e)Unused account funds will be forfeit after a period of 90 days of inactivity on the member account.
f)By agreeing to the terms herein you authorise fone-me.com to debit the funds in your account at the appropriate rate for the transaction that you have instigated.
g)You are solely responsible for the security of your member account and its password. fone-me.com will not be held responsible for the use of member account funds where the account has been accessed using the appropriate security coding that is known only to the authorised member. Allowing third parties to access the site using your account will be considered a breach of this agreement and your membership terminated.
h)Law enforcement agencies will be informed in the case of illegal activities of any kind whatsoever. Be advised that fone-me.com will prosecute to the full extent of the law wherever and whenever we see fit.
i)In the event of additional information being required to validate your account and/or payment method, you agree to provide this information.
j)In the event of membership suspension/termination you agree that any funds remaining in the member account are forfeit.
4. Complaints, Cancellations and Refunds Procedure.
a) All complaints will be thoroughly investigated by the management of fone-me.com BV. If it is found that the service that you have received does not reach the high standards that we as a company set, then your payment card will be refunded in full with whatever monies that you have lost. Complaints will be investigated and any monies due to be refunded within 30 days of us receiving your complaint.
b) Furthermore if you decide to close your member account then you are entitled to a refund of any monies remaining in you account. This refund will only be paid to the payment card with which you charged the account. This refund will be made within 30 days of your request.
c) Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel this agreement.
Briefly however this acts allows you the consumer the right to cancel this agreement by sending an internal message from your member account to our Admin team, or by e-mail to email@example.com
This act is the governing principle upon which this agreement is made. It protects you the consumer from mis-selling and misrepresentation. It gives you the right of cancellation, the right of refund, and the right to expect that you will receive goods or services that have been described in detail and accurately. This act also allows you to expect that the goods or services that you receive are as described, and that you are making a considered and informed purchasing decision backed by the full weight of governing Law.
5. Dutch Law.
This website operates under the laws of the Netherlands.
6. Double Your Credit Offer
The double your credit offer is a one time offer, open to new customers only. If we find a user opening multiple accounts to take advantage of this offer, we will remove the free credits from your account.
7. Automated rebilling
When you call an operator using funds from your credit card we have an option which will automatically rebill your previously used card the last amount you topped up, when your credit is running low. You can disable this by unticking the checkbox on the call page.
